IN TOUGH ECONOMY, TRAVEL PENDLETON ASSISTS GROUPS BY OFFERING SPECIAL INCENTIVES.

In an effort to help groups finance conventions and meetings, Travel Pendleton has increased the amount in their incentive program. TPAC, the commission that oversees Travel Pendleton wants its partners to realize that Pendleton is doing all it can to assist meeting planners, associations, businesses, religious groups and other organizations.

The rebate is paid out after the event, based on actual room nights picked up in contracted room blocks within the city limits of Pendleton. The rebate can be used for whatever a specific group needs. Some examples would be offsetting transportation, meals, scholarships, entertainment or education. The new rebate levels start at $100 for a small meeting and can be as high as $7,000 for a larger convention.
